Chicken Sausage Fried Rice - 21Day Fix Approved

Chicken Sausage Fried Rice 
Makes 2 Servings

2 Sausages of Aidells Organic Sweet Basil & Roasted Garlic
4 eggs
1 c. of Mixed Organic Vegetable Medley
1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper (cut)
1/3 c. Organic Dried Raisins
Soy Sauce

For Brown Rice: 
Used Whole Foods 365 Organic Brown Rice Whole Grain (pre-cooked) from frozen area

1. Saute sliced Sausages in medium heat. 
2. Add Mixed Vegetables, Red Bell Peppers and Raisins to cook. 
3. In separate pan follow directions per package instructions to warm up rice.
4. Mixed rice and sausage with veggies all together. 
5. Add soy sauce and blend.
6. Now is Ready to serve!! All done in 30mins.
