Peruvian Cuisine: Lomo Saltado Recipe



Sauté Ground Turkey 
Makes 4 Servings

1 lb Flank Steak
1 large Heirloom Tomato, sliced
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 large Potato + 1 small Potato, sliced
Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Soy Sauce

1. Cook slice potato wedges on a separate pan. Once all done save on the side. See step 6 what to do to complete.
2. Slice Flank Steak and add Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic powder as desired for flavor.
3. In a large pan or Wok saute meat until brown. 
4. Toss into pan Sliced Onions and Tomatoes. Saute for short minutes until onions are soft. 
5. Add soy sauce as desired. Stir all together. 
6. Add french fries and stir together.

Used Whole Foods 365 Organic Brown Rice Whole Grain (pre-cooked) from frozen area
