Saute Turkey Recipe - 21Day Fix Approved

One of my most favorite dishes I've done lately has been Sauté Ground Turkey for dinner. It is not just super delicious but low in calories and 21day fix approved! This has become our favorite dish to eat at home. What's even great that it takes about 30 mins to make.

Sauté Ground Turkey
Makes 2 Servings

3/4 lbs Lean Ground Turkey (93% lean)
Dash of Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
Dash of Black Pepper

Dash of Chili Powder

1/2 Bell Pepper
3/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
3/4 cup of String Beans (cut)
Dash of Basil Leaves (crushed)
Chili Flakes (as desired for mid or spicy flavor)

1. In a bowl mix Lean Turkey with Salt and Pepper
2. Toss meat in a Wok or large Pan with Garlic to let it simmer.
3. Once meat is pink add Chili powder.
4. Then add Yellow Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper and String beans till slightly cooked.
5. Add Basil leaves and Chili Flakes to your desired. (the more chili flakes the spicier it will get)
