Eat Right: 5 Easy Choices to Implement

So you started out working out so what are you doing to implement change in your nutrition habits? 

Part of getting healthier is not just putting time in the gym but also making changes in your day to day to get your closer to see changes in your body. I tell friends if you never really changed in how you are eating then don't fool yourself to think you'll never go back to those old habits. First you have to begin with feeling confident and ready for change from there you can begin to implementing small changes. Of course this doesn't mean you get a free pass to over do-it on everything else but makes you to become  more mindful of what you are putting in your body.
